Health Matters

Don't wait until you have to say "I can't take it anymore". Know how to ask for help; your health and the health of your loved ones depends on it:

If you need help, ask for it openly, don't wait for others to see you exhausted or to guess. Sometimes you can't handle it alone.

Be clear and specific about what kind of help you need. It is much easier to know what you need if you express yourself clearly.

Ask your doctor or nurse or the social worker at your health center or town hall for advice. They will be able to tell you about help and stimulation centers. Sometimes you think that you will not be better cared for elsewhere than you are.
